The oldest part of the building is believed to be about 300 years old but it has been added on to at various times There are photographs in the pub, some nearly 100 years old, which show how the building has altered over the years from a two-up, two-down cottage to its present size.

We soon hope to be adding some photographs to this section of the site to show the progression that has happened over the years.
