Welcome to the website for The Pheasant Inn, Linley Brook, Shropshire.

The Pheasant is a traditional two-roomed freehouse surrounded by open country. The main bar has a low beamed ceiling with a tiled floor around the bar servery area. The pub is free of any brewery tie and a quite genuine free house.

We are proud that our pub still very much retains its 'cottagey' feel - there is no piped music, nor are there fruit machines or juke boxes. All our beer is real ale, mostly from local small traditional breweries. Real fires are always lit in winter. There is a bar billiards table, unusual these days, in one room.

There are many well-known walks in the locality including one leading down to the River Severn, details of which are displayed in the pub (this can also be seen on the Shropshire Star website, along with details of other walks).

The best way to appreciate our idyllic pub is to come and see it for yourself - we hope that this site contains everything you need to know to find us, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries.
